Plywood loft in Belgium

Studio Birdy tipped us the following Belgian studio loft on Roomed. KOMAAN!architecten transformed a small 40m² apartment into a spacious loft. They created 1 open space with only 1 closed room; the central hallway with a separate toilet. As often applied in lofts, KOMAAN! used a wall in which the shower, kitchen, fridge and pantry is stored. Floorheating is also added for less visual clutter on the walls. Most of the space is painted in white to keep the space optical large and light. Plywood (trend alert!) was added to add some warmth to this space.

(but I can't help but wonder, who can live with so little storage?)
